flora

I haven't felt the urge to write lately. I say this knowing full well you've all been waiting with bated breath for the next entry. ;) Instead, I thought I'd share some pictures I took recently at the Botanical Gardens. The vivid colors were too breathtaking to pass up and I snapped over 100 shots. Don't worry, I only uploaded a select few. Enjoy!

Wow, those are amazing! You better slap a copyright on there so they don't get stolen and end up on a postcard in a Cracker Barrel, which is what happened to my friend Adrian.

I agree about the pictures. Were you using the 'tulip mode' again? ;)

As far as the copyright is concerned, you can manage all that with flickr. I like the whole Creative Commons idea, but pick whichever license you want.

Gee... Those look familiar. :) I still have to show you the ones I took to see if there are any that you wanted, though I feel them inferior to yours. (Though that one of me with the face is a kicker.)

aww, shucks, y'all are makin' me blush. :)

Thanks for copyright suggestions, I never even considered that. Cracker Barrel? Seriously? I'm gonna have to hear that story.

Adam, I was in fact using the tulip mode. :) I've become addicted!!

Niki, it wasn't me, the flowers are just that pretty, so I'm sure yours turned out just as well if not better. :)

And I like how, despite the fact that we are all so educated, we all call it "the tulip mode."
